Ex: customized treatment for cancer through omics-based tumor profiling
Brain-Computer Interface
Brain Computer Interface are devices that allow communication between the brain and external devices, allowing individuals to control technology with signals from the brain
Ex: Spellers for communication in individuals that cannot speak
Human Enhancement
Human Enhancement is augmenting human abilities, permanently or temporarily. includes: technology that expands or positively alters our capabilities or appearance:
Ex: Microchip that would help people see better in the dark or isolate speech in noisy environments
