Within the span of 24 hours, more than 100 entrepreneurial students will join together to build games controlled directly by brainwaves. The teams will be guided by expert mentors and will be given access to advanced innovative equipment.

The Challenge

Within 24 hours, you and your teammates will create a game whose components will include a brain machine interface!

The components can be: control of the game, feedback, level of difficulty or more. The game can be digital or physical, and can be supported by a combination of technologies, such as Virtual Reality (VR), Microcontrollers and Robots.

Criteria For Judging:

To pick the winning team, the judges will ask themselves the following questions:

  1. Innovation: How innovative is the technology or idea? 

  2.  Neurological components: How much does the game use Neurological signals for different components (e.g., control of the game, feedback, level of difficulty or more)

  3. Prototype: How ready is the product for use?

  4. Game Quality: How good is the game? Criteria: engagement, flexibility, storyline, , suspense and more...

  5. Pitch Deck: Quality of presentation.

  6. Bonus: Judge’s discretion for “additional value” (for example, if the game is also relevant for a topic you find important, such as rehabilitation, diagnosis, entrepreneurship, etc.)

You can join as part of a team, or by your self and we will find a team for you.

Team size: 2-6 people, at least one student from Ben-Gurion university. 

You can take part without participating in the hackathon, choose the track "observer".
